Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the StreakTown mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

StreakTown is a gamified habit tracker: completing your real-life habits earns in-game rewards (energy, gems, XP) used to build a virtual city. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Accounts

You can use the App as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. Virtual items & purchases

• Energy, gems, buildings and other in-game items are virtual items with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable.
• Optional in-app purchases (gem packs) and the Chef subscription are processed by the App Store / Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed in your store account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the store's refund policies.
• We may adjust game balance (prices, rewards, income) to keep the game fair and sustainable.

4. Fair play

Cheating, exploiting bugs, automating gameplay, or abusing social features (spam, harassment, offensive names or messages in guilds) is not allowed and may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Content and conduct in social features

You are responsible for content you share (profile name, guild messages). Do not post unlawful, offensive or infringing content. We may remove content and restrict accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, artwork, mascot and code, is owned by us and protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on your devices.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of virtual items or progress. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time (see Account Deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
