This Privacy Policy describes how StreakTown ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the StreakTown mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google we receive your name and e-mail address from the provider. You can also use the App as a guest, in which case no name or e-mail is collected.
• App content you create. Habits you add, completions, streaks, your in-game city, profile name and preferences. This data is stored on our backend (Supabase) so your progress syncs across devices.
• Usage and diagnostics. We use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to collect anonymised usage events (e.g. screens viewed, features used) and crash reports (device model, OS version, crash traces). We do not send personally identifying information in analytics events.
• Advertising identifiers. The App shows ads via Google AdMob, which may collect your device advertising ID to serve and measure ads. On iOS, ads are personalised only if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt; otherwise non-personalised ads are shown.
• Purchase information. In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat. We receive purchase receipts and subscription status, never your payment card details.

2. How we use information

• To provide the App: syncing your habits, streaks, city, friends and rewards.
• To operate the in-app economy securely on our servers.
• To improve the App using aggregated analytics.
• To diagnose and fix crashes and bugs.
• To show ads (free users) and manage premium subscriptions.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers that make the App work:

• Supabase (database & authentication — app content, account info)
• Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, push notifications)
• Google AdMob (advertising — device identifiers)
• RevenueCat (purchase & subscription management)
• Apple / Google (sign-in and payment processing)

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Social features

Your profile name, avatar, level, streak and leaderboard points are visible to other signed-in users in leaderboards, friend lists and guilds. Your e-mail is never shown to other users.

5. Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account, effective immediately) or by e-mail — see Account Deletion. Deletion is permanent; e-mail requests are completed within 30 days.

6. Children

StreakTown is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Server-side access is protected by row-level security so each user can only access their own data.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU, KVKK in Türkiye), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
